Colored toilet paper in pastel shades such as light blue, pink and yellow used to be readily available at the grocery store in the 1970s. 

 I can remember that we always had pink and blue in one bathroom, and yellow in the other. 

Colorful and even floral printed toilet can still be found (click a photo below) but it is more of a novelty item now.

Hadn't posted on here in a while, but wanted to start sharing some really great late 1960's/early 70's stuff from the popular T.V. series 'Outlander'.

In Outlander Season 3, the character of Brianna Randall Fraser wears a super cute Cabbie hat perfect for the late 60's and early 1970's era in which this part of the story is set.


This billed plush 'retro' corduroy cap not only looks nice and warm, but is superbly stylish too. Perfect in lush neutrals for the upcoming Fall season.

This style of headwear seems to go by quite a few names: Painter Newsboy, Paperboy, Railroad, Cabbie, Cabby, Gatsby, Baker Boy, Billed Cap, and more - whatever it's called, it's very cool.
