 VINTAGE 1970'S RETRO WIRE CHOKER COLLAR NECKLACE

These thin rigid wire hoop choker dog collar 'cat slave' necklaces were popular in the 1970s in either gold or silver plate. Some were a continuous overlap hoop used in both necklace & bracelet styles. 

Usually secured with a hook closure, or open to lay swirled around the neck. They could be worn alone, in combo with several hoops, or adorned with a charm or pendant.
